Job Summary:

A Loan Closing Specialist oversees reviewing loan applications and completing administrative tasks for My Financing USA. They are responsible for preparing closing documents and checking important loan details and requirements before submitting all documentation to the lender. The schedule for this position may change according to the needs of My Financing USA.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests.
  • Safeguard sensitive loan information, maintaining the confidentiality of customer data.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to manage loan pipelines effectively.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our organization's loan products and eligibility criteria.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with loan closing packets efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit accurate loan contracts to lenders within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to support organizational objectives.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
