Description:

The Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets. They will be driving new product sales through the Splan Partner Channel.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving new product sales through our Channel Partner Program.
  • Identifying and evaluating the client s needs through a consultative sales process.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Generating 20-30 direct customer meetings per month through different sources including Partner leads, inside sales leads, web leads, etc.
  • Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition.
  • Working with Splan Channel Partners in order to maintain and expand business within assigned territory.
  • Working with Splan Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness.
  • Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory.
  • Documenting forecast, plans, activities and potential opportunities accurately in the CRM system.

Desired Profile:

  • Proven working experience in security product sales.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Enterprise Electronic Security Industry experience preferred.
  • Candidate based in Chicago.
