Key Responsibilities


  • Establish a Go-To-Market plan for West Coast territory and perform new business development activities.
  • Assess value proposition, competitive differentiation, and positioning to ensure the strongest competitive advantage for the organization.
  • Lead deal qualification, pursuit strategy, proposal and contract preparation, negotiation, and deal closure activities
  • Collaborate with executive management, practice leadership, and delivery teams on an ongoing basis`
  • Create sales strategies and tactics including Account Based Marketing ABD, lead generation, and account mining


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Ability to build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
  • IT Service Sales / Consulting Services Sales experience (e.g., ADM, Testing, ERP, RIMS, Cloud, AI etc.) (3 - 8 yrs. min) across various industries and verticals
  • Good understanding of the US market and established relationships in the region
  • Solid understanding of business applications, preferably in Microsoft Cloud Azure
