Job Description

This is a full-time role for a School-Based Registered Dental Hygienist in the Marlboro, Florence and Williamsburg areas of South Carolina. The School-Based RDH will be responsible for providing dental hygiene services and oral health education to children enrolled in schools, as well as coordinating with school staff and parents to promote positive oral health practices. The School-Based RDH will also maintain accurate dental records and provide referral services as necessary.

Qualifications

• SC Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Experience providing dental hygiene services, particularly to children
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral health education and communication
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents to promote positive oral health practices
• Excellent record keeping and organizational skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong desire to improve oral health outcomes for children
• CPR certification
• Experience with electronic dental records systems is a plus
