Job DescriptionWe are seeking detail oriented and self motivated Finish Carpenters to join our team! If you are experienced in installing windows, doors, trim, and hardware; have the ability to meet deadlines without compromising workmanship; a proven problem solver; and the ability to work with minimum supervision you are encouraged to apply!Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $26 / hourBenefits: Medical, Vision, Dental Flexible work schedule "Respect the Craft" program Weekly pay Responsibilities: Conduct and complete rough carpentry work and finish as well as interior carpentry work including but not limited to millwork, casework, and installation of decorative panels, doors, frames, door hardware, and specialty items. Review jobsite needs with Foreman and Superintendent to coordinate and fully comprehend scopes of work per plans and specifications to complete job assignments. Operate equipment including forklifts, backhoe, skid steer, construction hoist, and compactors. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other related documents to implement work to job specifications. Display high level of teamwork, integrity, and commitment in daily operations. Qualifications: Ability to measure, read, and convey lengths with ruler or tape measure with high degree accuracy. Ability to apply active listening skills, ask clarifying questions, and complete assignments as directed. Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience with at least 2 years of interior finish experience required. Proficient in the use of related tools to complete work assignments.
