Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rental Manager at Northgate Mobile Ranch located in the Titusville - Mims Area. The Rental Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Mobile Home and RV lot rentals, including account administration and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Rent Manager / Yardi Breeze software experience preferred.
- Mobile Home and RV lot rentals and account administration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Focus on customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Knowledge of local rental regulations and laws is a plus
