Role Overview:

- Lead the Digital Manufacturing (MFG) team and engage in project management.
- Oversee development and deployment of digital manufacturing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- 2+years of experience in manufacturing preferably consumer goods.
- Proven success in implementing digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient project management and leadership abilities.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
