Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, HR administrative tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, and handling adhoc HR-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- HR Administrative Tasks:
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including conducting orientations, preparing employment contracts, and facilitating exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
