Responsibilities
- Assessing incoming job orders and planning production process
- Handling all inventory needs for each project to ensure necessary tools to fill order on time
- Preparing parts needed for jobs, ordering new supplies, keeping track of inventory in house using excel and other MS office programs.
- Emailing and calling customers as well as vendors and other third party companies involved.
- Heavy lifting up to 30 pounds
- Verifying Fed Ex and UPS shipping labels
