Daily Responsibilities:

  • Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating first-round interviews.
  • Effectively recruit the best-qualified candidates by performing full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing and phone interviews for various government projects.
  • Partner with the HR Director to ensure a full understanding of business requirements to successfully assess quality candidates for hiring needs.
  • Research and provide ideas on new technologies and tools that may assist with identifying hard-to-find candidates and passive job seekers.
  • Networking extensively in the marketplace to ensure access to the best and brightest talent.
  • Organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Source candidates utilizing online resume databases, proprietary resume databases, and networking.
  • Maintain Recruiting Management


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Recruiting experience across multiple departments
  • Interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and use of Boolean search techniques
  • Excellent communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Preferred:

  • Business development, cold calling, or recruiting experience
  • Experience working with recruiting tools like LinkedIn


Education & Experience:

Education:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience

Experience:

  • 2-3 Years of related experience
