Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Mama Bella Gourmet Market. The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including overseeing customer service, managing food and beverage operations, training staff, and driving sales.

• Ability to train and manage staff
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Experience in menu planning and inventory management
