Job DescriptionWork will involve processing travel requests, expense reports and other administrative tasks.Plan and manage logistics for virtual and physical events.Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format.Problem solving and tenacious follow-through skills required.Use your strong communication skills to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.Manage virtual and physical event planning logisticsCollect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to validate accuracy and process financial and compliance requests.Manage projects to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's program and tactical business objectives.Onboard customers to program and provide monthly metrics.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep colleagues in other organizations and time zones on task for your deliverablesWork is largely routineRecognize situational severity and know when to push for actionable next steps toward resolution.Work with cross-functional teams made up of diverse people with varied backgrounds, experiences and opinions across Marketing, Product Management, and Compliance.Lead regular status update meetings and ensure productive use of meeting time, including enforcing allocated time slots for presenters. Capture and distribute meeting notes (attendees, items discussed, what changed, blockers, next steps, action items).Document application requirements and project manage app developmentBuild and maintain positive and productive relationships with both internal and external partnersResponsibilitiesSkills & Qualifications:2-4 years relevant work experienceStrong Excel skills are neededSuperior project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with different groups of constituentsAttention to detail critical.Inventory management experience, including getting quotes, ordering, inventory tracking and processing for onboarding members (quotes, ordering, shipping, certificates)Relationship management skills strongly desired.
