Integrity Workforce LLC is hiring for a Local Landscape Company. The company service residential and commercial lawncare & Landscape sector. This includes, Design, Build and Maintain projects. The sales candidate will be responsible for submitting proposals, acquiring new business, creating schedules, ensure customer satisfaction, and offer solutions to help serve new and existing customers, but not limited to administration tasks.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Landscape Salesperson located in Memphis, TN. The Landscape Salesperson will be responsible for meeting potential clients, pitching landscape services, and closing deals. They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. The Landscape Salesperson will work closely with the operations team to ensure that all projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with landscape design and installation processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
