**Ourisman Chantilly Kia** is looking for a full-time Service specialist/Coordinator to join our team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Greet and receive customers
* Execute Loaner/rental agreements for service guest
* Monitor emails from customers requesting service and recalls request
* Inform customers when parts arrive
* Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
* Schedule appointments for customers
* Monitor electronic notifications from Kia vehicle communication system
* Monitor web chat feature
* Perform customer follow up for customer satisfaction survey
* Assist with answering of incoming phone calls
* Participate in training, both virtual and in-person, as directed by management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
* Excellent communication skills
* Outgoing and positive demeanor
* Basic Accounting skills
* Flexible schedule with evening and Saturdays
* Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
* Valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
* Able to clear a pre-employment background check
* Maintains a professional appearance
Hours 7:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday through Friday, Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Sundays and Mondays off)
