Yetch Store is hiring a full-time Head of Growth - E-commerce and Social. Founded by Simone Giertz in 2022, Yetch s product lineup provides unique solutions to everyday problems. Must have an excitement (or at least tolerance) for weird projects/campaigns and the ability to take on the tone and voice of Yetch.
This includes identifying and implementing new growth channels, optimizing the customer journey, and measuring and analyzing growth results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth in a startup environment and a passion for data-driven marketing.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Yetch.store
- Identify and implement new growth channels
- Optimize the customer journey
- Measure and analyze growth results
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Build and manage a freelance team of content creators
- Develop marketing plans and directs the implementation of the e-commerce vision and strategy for achieving sales and conversion goals
- Spearhead marketing campaigns, conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities
- Manage SEO, PPC and revenue generating linking initiatives
- Manage CRM; user administration, sales process, sales follow- up and internal processes.
- Create email lifecycle marketing strategy, trigger and promotional emails; ongoing efforts to merge CRM database detail segmentation.
- Analyze behavior and conversion funnels to uncover new opportunities for engagement.
- Manage social media strategy, reporting, customer service etc
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving growth in a startup environment
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for ecommerce and growth
