Our work environment is fast-paced, fun, and full of exciting new projects. We are looking for a Customer Financing Specialist to join our Enphase Financial Services Team .
The Enphase Financial Services Team is responsible for developing and managing the financial products that customers use to finance their Enphase solar and storage systems. The Customer Financing Specialist will act as the subject matter expert on financial processes, products, and systems. They will be respons ible for training and supporting our internal support teams and external strategic partners on Enphase Financial Services onboarding, underwriting, products, and originations processes. The Customer Financing Specialist will manage the workflow between providers, Enphase Financial Services, and Enphase Installers, and they will ensure that processes are efficient and/or manage the improvement of processes. They will interact cross-functionally and externally with management teams, IT/software teams, clients, and providers. They will learn internal systems, products, and processes and offer support to end users.
The position is part of the Enphase Financial Services (EFS) team. The Customer Financing Specialist position is in Austin, TX or B oise , ID , and will report to the Director of Originations and Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop deep knowledge of EFS financing partners, products and processes
* Respond to internal and client requests for financing information and support
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in EFS processes and product offerings
* Develop and deliver affective training documentation and presentations for internal and external parties
* Liase with external EFS financing partners on process exceptions or client cases
* Support clients with process and software integration
* Act as software expert, ensuring loan configurations are properly initiated and update in the system
* Support day to day transactions by acting as point of contact (POC) with external parties and own any resolution coordination or exception processing

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a history of creating and presenting business presentations
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish rapport with both internal and external partners and customers
* The ability to develop a deep understanding of software programs
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage a complex workload in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
Education and Experience
* At least 5 years of experience in a customer or client facing position
* At least 3 years of experience in creating and presenting training programs, written FAQs, and/or presentations
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Desired experience the following will be an advantage:
* K nowledge of equipment financing processes and products and/or previous financial services experience
* Knowledge of project management body of knowledge/processes and/or six sigma processes
* Understanding of energy storage, microgrid and renewable energy systems
* Experience with B2B SaaS products
* Experience working with vendors and international teams
