**Job Summary:**

The Receptionist/Administrative Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for answering, screening, and relaying phone calls while assisting guests in a corporate office setting. The Receptionist/Administrative Customer Service Coordinator provides an exceptional customer experience by handling inbound customer calls and coordinating the flow of information to the appropriate Alsco branch location. The position is located in Salt Lake City, UT and reports to the Corporate Secretary.

**Essential Functions:**

Receive inbound calls and assess customers needs to provide courteous, professional, and timely responses with the goal of prompt resolution

Analyzing and appropriately escalating any tasks needed to solve customer concerns with the branch location servicing the customer

Partner closely and cooperatively with branch service employees to provide communication and information in order to successfully accomplish customer service requests

Maintain call logs, customer notes, and tasks in the computer system

Perform outbound follow-up calls to ensure continued customer satisfaction

Partner with the accounting department to perform data entry and accounts payable review as needed

Cross-trained and acts as a back-up to the administrative assistant role

**Additional Functions:**

General office support as needed including maintaining files, data entry, emailing invoices to customers, and other clerical duties

COVID-19 screening of visitors following Alscos Gateway Protocol

Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

Exceptional telephone skills demonstrating excellence in professionalism, patience, and listening

Exceptional internal and external customer service and relationship building skills

Be a team player while still working independently and under minimal supervision

Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Computer skills including keyboarding, 10-key, and MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

**Education:**

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of reception or customer service experience preferred

**Typical Environmental Conditions:**

Indoor office environment

**Travel Requirements:**

Minimal travel by car or plane for training opportunities

**Eligible candidates must be vaccinated against COVID.**

**Physical Requirements:**

Physical demands and requirements for the shift consist of sitting for long periods, typing, walking, standing, hearing, seeing, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.

Must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation efficiently and accurately, and without causing significant safety threats to self or others.
