CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for highly motivated Senior Technical Writers to join our team supporting a National Institutes of Health client. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Documenting enhancements and defect fixes in software applications.Authoring newsletters, end-user documentation and other documentation as required.Developing standard operating procedures and changes in process, functionality, or policy.Creating fact sheets, FAQs, fliers, and presentations.Required SkillsExpertise in self-authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, etc.Experience with NIH or another entity supporting scientific research.Desktop publishing software.Must be able to obtain a NIH Public Trust.Industry certifications, desired.Required ExperienceBachelor s Degree.Minimum 7 years of technical writing, preferably scientific writing.Digital media experience.Experience developing communication policies.Experience in Web content development a plus.CALIBRE and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports transitioning service members, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
