KPI Kwik Products is seeking a Receiving / Shipping associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. The receiving position is responsible for all incoming shipments, including unloading full truckloads of palleted materials, ensuring accurate counts, and storing in proper warehouse location. Incoming paperwork must be checked for accuracy and then is received into the computer system promptly. Extensive forklift experience is a must for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Loads and unloads trucks using Forklift
  • Operate motorized material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner(Sit down forklift, stand up forklift, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks)
  • Puts away all incoming parts (includes making labels)
  • Pulls required shipments
  • Wraps all pallets and parts
  • Enters inbound and outbound materials into SAP system and forwards the paperwork to the proper channel
  • Keeps tabs on all recycling materials, stages, counts, schedules and loads all recycling materials to appropriate vendor
  • Responsible for forklift maintenance. When forklift problems arise, troubleshoots quickly. Works with outside vendor to ensure forklifts are working properly.
  • Verifies and counts all incoming shipments using counting scales
  • Packaging trimmer head parts
  • Learns shipping functions to become a backup to shipping
  • Test and record results on all production trimmer heads.
  • Warm up and run spin tester daily. (Ensure oil and water level are maintained)
  • Perform ANSI and ISO tests when necessary.
  • Maintain housekeeping in the testing area
Job Experience/Skills:
  • 2+ years of Shipping/Receiving experience.
  • Minimum 2 years Forklift experience
  • Forklift certification is not required, company will provide certification course
  • Extensive range of knowledge in manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Computer literate, specifically: MS Office Skills


Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
