Candidate must be willing to work with initial event design, set-up, live events, and take down.
The following responsibilities apply to a Production Manager at Majic Productions:
- Be empowered to make justifiable decisions
- Track labor and send home technicians when time is being wasted
- Manage those underneath them on the Majic hierarchy chain
- Follow the hierarchy structure when dealing with a problem
- Knowing when to call sales regarding a client change
Requirements
- Must have a High school diploma or GED (or higher)
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Safely operate all fleet vehicles necessary for transportation
- Must be comfortable working from heights (ladders and lifts)
- Ability to lift 50lbs routinely
- Ability to work standing for long periods of time - nights and weekends required

Lighting:
- High End Systems Hog 4, MA2, MA3
- Intelligent Lighting Fixtures
- Conventional Dimming & Lighting Fixtures, LEDs
Video:
- HD Projection systems
- Analog Way

- Absen video wall systems
Rigging & Power Distribution:
- Manual and motorized chain hoists
- Knowledge of safe rigging techniques
- Master electrician duties
