We currently have a career opportunity for a Gen AI/ML Senior Solutions Architect to join our Data Solutions Team. This position can be located anywhere in the US and work REMOTE with light travel.
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.
The Senior Solutions Architect will provide technology direction, ensures project implementation compliance, and utilizes technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs.
Job Overview:
The role of this Senior Solutions Architect is for individuals passionate about identifying and delivering the right Business solution for each client using Gen AI, AI/ML and NLP. Will are keen to understand our customer needs, processes and pain points to determine the success factors and evaluation criteria that will be needed to measure the effectiveness of a GenAI, ML and NLP model.
The Solutions Architect will be involved in the strategic planning of an engagement or helping the client make decisions about their future Gen AI, AI/ML roadmap and vision. Once the project has begun, will be responsible for the execution of our established methodology, work with customer and/or the teams data engineer to identify data ingestion and transformation needs, exploration of the data and reporting findings, modeling and evaluation of training iterations. It is a key part of the role to be able to explain in non-technical terms the chosen modeling approach and findings from data exploration or training results.
Responsibilities
- Use your ML, Gen AI, AI expertise to research and recommend the best approaches to provide technology and business solutions by utilizing statistical/ mathematical methods (classification, time-series analysis, regression, statistical inference, ...) or deep learning techniques.
- Perform exploratory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data, and identify patterns.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to present and explain the key techniques and major results generated using non-technical language; understand client feedback and be able to accommodate back into the model through programming or additional feature engineering.
- Come up with innovative, repeatable, business use cases for real world recommendation techniques, and quickly develop prototypes to test these use cases.
- Utilize a diverse array of technologies, tools and cloud services as needed, to deliver insights, such as DataBricks, AWS and GCP.
- Translate customer pain points, needs and requirements into creative ML solutions.
- Help define automated Gen AI, AI/ML pipeline for both training and runtime predictions.
- Assist in the development of guidelines, best practices and knowledge sharing documentation.
- Ability to deliver on schedule and communicate effectively to ensure alignment between operations and technology.
- Ability to educate customer on project goals and solution and set realistic expectations.
Qualifications- Minimum 10+ years programming experience with holistic programming and technologies.
- Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
- 2 years of experience with GenAI, AI/ML experience.
- Hands on experience with DataBricks, AWS and custom dev experience.
- Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current AI/ML technologies & platforms and real-world applications of ML in the enterprise.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and meeting client commitments.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to new situations and challenges.
Preferred Skills and Education: - Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science or related major.
- Current and active AI/ML Certifications in majors cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM) a big plus.
- Experience working in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
