Fluency in object oriented design and general clean coding practicesFluency in data modeling and report buildingAn eye for usability and aesthetics of web applicationsThe ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologiesThe ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand mannerStrong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
