Working Title Interior Design Non-Tenure Track Faculty - Gallatin College (Applicant Pool) Brief Position Overview Gallatin College seeks non-tenure track faculty for the Interior Design program. Benefits Eligible Depends on FTE (please contact Human Resources - 406-###-####) Duties and Responsibilities Gallatin College seeks course instructors to teach in Bozeman in one or more of the following specialty areas:

* Interior Design topics including intro to and history of design, presentation drawing, space planning, architectural construction and materials, environmental design, textiles and interior finishes, kitchen & bath, light & color and digital software including Revit and SketchUp. Required Qualifications Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills # Academic degree in Interior Design or applicable experience

# Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues within and outside the department Preferred Qualifications Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills # AA or higher degree in Interior Design

# Five or more years of teaching experience

# Five or more years in the Interior Design industry

# Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity The Successful Candidate Will * Work professionally and effectively with diverse individuals

* Possess effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

* Understand the diverse Interior Design field and have a knowledge of the educational process in helping students become work ready
