What You ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer looking for hands-on experience with designing and testing solutions for electromechanical systems at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD). The ideal candidate would be excited to learn and apply their knowledge to develop solutions and interact with large-scale test facility equipment, including controls and sensors for wind tunnels and wave pools.
More About the Role:
Troubleshoot complex electrical hardware and physical board issues with electromechanical facility equipment and devices.Integrate, test, troubleshoot, and verify electrical hardware.Design electrical systems as needed, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and ControlsEnsure product quality by designing electrical testing methods, testing finished products, and system capabilities.Provide electrical system planning including voltage, transformer size, amperage capacity, sizing of generators and/ or battery backup systems.Provide consult on limitations and specifications of facilities, and adapting systems to accommodate special test equipment as necessary.Work with tradesmen of all disciplines to troubleshoot and resolve system and facility issues.

Bachelor
