Job Details
We are looking for a new full time P.M. line cook to join our team. Hopfields is a locally owned French inspired restaurant that opened in 2011. We are a stand alone business, not connected to any corporation or group outside of our selves.
The kitchen is a small, close-knit crew. Lead by our 2 chefs, you would be working side by side with them and our other team members each and every day.
- Line cooks are responsible for setting up their stations, stocking, back-ups, and small prep projects of daily mise en place.
- If you are looking for a place to grow your skills, we are willing to teach any one who is willing to learn.
- We do in-house butchery, smoking, charcuterie, and fermentation to name a few.
- Great opportunity to learn French techniques and fundamentals of cooking.
- We run weekly specials, and anyone on our kitchen team can suggest dishes for these.
We are looking for someone full time (35-40 hours) who can hold it down on the line, pay is based on experience level. If interested, please send an application.
