Responsibilities: Managing, strategizing, and organizing all case files with a limited caseload Supervising support staff who assist with caseload Maintaining regular communication with clients Writing legal correspondence Creating legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Responding to written discovery and opposing motions Conducting and defending depositions Attending court hearings Preparing for trials and participating in them Achieving firm targets and benchmarks Qualifications: We are looking for a remote Litigation Associate Attorney who must be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing with the California State Bar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and employment law. We seek someone who is passionate about advocating for employee rights, as California prioritizes this aspect of law. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in our firm's success, requiring dedication, motivation, and the ability to take initiative. A goal-driven individual who thrives on handling multiple tasks efficiently and takes pride in their work will excel in our firm. Prior experience in employment law and litigation is a must, and you will receive comprehensive training from our managing attorney to excel in your role. Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
