LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Finance for a client in the Chicago downtown area. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $100K-$130K plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more.

The Director of Finance will manage accounting and finance operations of a growing startup and will be an integral part of the leadership team..
Key Functions include:
- Manage accounting staff
- Overseeing internal controls
- Monitoring expenses and cash flow
- Overseeing audit and tax functions
- Financial reporting
- Update policies and procedures
- Financial planning and strategy
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Managing tax compliance
- Risk control
- SEC reporting (Preparing 10Ks and 8Ks
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- SEC experience
- CPA a plus
