Customer Service
Orders/Phone Calls - Answer phone; process new orders; assist with monitoring of email inboxes; enter tracking information into system when orders are complete
Monitor Open Orders - Follow-up on any open orders issues to resolve so orders can be shipped as quickly as possible (i.e. backorders, pricing issues, etc.)
Filing/Organization - File and organize paperwork as needed
Assist in other office tasks as needed
Skills/Qualifications
Previous customer service experience
Self -Starter/Ability to manage time
Strong verbal and written customer service skills
Commitment to Team Atmosphere and Personal Responsibility
Spanish speaking a plus but not required
International / export experience a plus but not required
