Our client is a recognized non-profit leader in evidence-based treatment proven to get results


Key Responsibilities: - Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
Negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers
- Managing cost review audits to seek savings in areas such as utilities and other commodities
- Managing supplier relationships, including regular communication, performance evaluations and issue resolution
Ensuring quality of procured items and addressing problems when they arise
- Processing Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Order documents, placing orders with specific vendors and assisting operational/administrative staff in creating requisitions


Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply/Operations Management, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Interpersonal skills necessary to work cooperatively with third-party vendors and partners to effectively complete purchasing activities
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly
- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data for future contracts and identify expense areas for savings
-Healthcare industry experience is required.
