Pilar, 4EG's newest location, opening soon, is looking for an experienced Bartender. Workwith us to make money, have fun, and be part of a great team!
Located at 56 Court St., Pilar is named after Ernest Hemingway's boat. Pilar will serve ales and spirits with an island vibe, hearkening back to the writer's soft-but-swaggy Papa Hemingway era.

**Skills and Abilities Required**
* Craft cocktail experience a must
* Excellent communication skills
* Excels in a team environment
* Must demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability and reliability
* Expected to handle self in a professional manner throughout shifts
* Must keep a clean work space
* Ability to cut fruit for garnishes
* Proficient with POS systems
**Required Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
* Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience required
* Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
**Physical Demands**
* Physical exertion, including standing for long periods of time, bending, climbing, lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
* Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
* Ability to freely access all areas of the bar/restaurant, including behind the bar, kitchen and storage areas
* Ability to climb stairs and ladders
* Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
* Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
