Job Description:
As the Terminal Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations at our Geismar terminal. Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and exceptional service delivery. You'll be responsible for overseeing staff, managing fleet operations, maintaining safety protocols, and fostering client relationships. Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in terminal or logistics management, preferably within the chemical and bulk industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the transportation industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred
