Are you a recent graduate or a professional with a bachelor s degree looking to launch or advance your career in professional recruiting? CEI is excited to offer an 8-week Technical Recruiting Bootcamp at our Pittsburgh HQ, designed for both new graduates and experienced degree holders.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree holders, including Spring 2024 graduates
Must be based in Pittsburgh, Philly, or Cincinnati.
Self-motivated with an exceptional work ethic.
Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and think creatively.
Experience in customer service and technology consulting a plus.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn preferred.
