Synerfac is looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our client in Herndon, VA. Our client prioritizes capital preservation and investor returns, leveraging extensive experience in commercial real estate investment across diverse economic cycles to refine their conservative approach.
Maintenance Engineer I (ME) is responsible for a diversified portfolio comprised of retail, office and warehouse properties. Perform building and property maintenance as directed by Property Manager (PM) and / or Maintenance Engineer Supervisor (MES). The maintenance engineer has the responsibility to maintain and/or enhance the property and building systems and assists the Property Manager in implementing preventative maintenance plans for the property.

Job Requirements
Details:
- Minimum 2 Years of Maintenance Engineering Experience
- Basic technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire-life-safety systems of a Commercial Building portfolio
- Proven ability to perform minor repairs on exterior / interior building elements as well as plumbing and mechanical systems
