Position Overview
As a Landscaper, you play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty and sustainability of various outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities span a wide range, including turf grass, native grass, shrub care, weed mitigation, fertilizing, maintaining perimeter fences, trees, walkways, outdoor living areas, driveways, ponds, and seasonal debris cleanup.

Key Responsibilities
Landscape Design and Installation:
- and implement comprehensive schedules for seasonal maintenance.
- and installed new landscaped areas and hardscapes.
- suitable plants, trees, and seeds based on aesthetics, climate, and environmental factors.
Garden Care and Maintenance:
- integrated fertility, pest, and disease management methods using organic processes and products.
- and enhance soil health through amendments, composting, and mulching.
- detailed records of plant care activities, utilizing photos, notes, and maps.
- plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies promptly.
- timely replacements for damaged or dead plants.

Sustainable Water and Property Management:

Qualifications
- years of landscaping experience, preferably with knowledge of organic plant management and native plant species.
- in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or related fields; certifications are a plus.

- to work in all weather conditions, lift 50+ lbs., and be active for extended periods.
