Job Details

Our New York office is looking for an associate with two to four years of experience in executive compensation and benefits.
The ideal candidate should have experience with executive compensation plans and programs, labor and employment matters, employment agreements, and executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Big Law experience preferred but not required.
All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
