Digital Marketing Analyst


Job Details

Flexjet, a leading provider of fractional private jet ownership and leasing, is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join the Global Marketing Department as the Digital Marketing Analyst. This role will monitor and track marketing trends, statistics, campaign performance, lead attribution, UX/UI, competitive footprint, website performance and the organization's overall digital visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in analyzing digital marketing statistics and campaign and lead reports to present insights to the team that will drive data-driven decision-making. This position will collaborate with the digital team and IT department as well as serve sister brands within the Directional Aviation family of companies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor, track and report on trends, statistics, campaign performance, lead attribution and website performance.
  • Implement and manage data streams through various business intelligence tools and automation platforms to visualize multiple data points for executive reports.
  • Collect and analyze customer data, marketing insights and competitive intel to provide meaningful data insights that support strategic business positioning.
  • Analyze Flexjet and sister company s SEO and SEM data (including paid search, pay-per-click advertising, and digital Banner Ads) to generate valuable data insights to reach a highly targeted niche audience and drive them to relevant websites.
  • Develop and present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insight and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Cyber Studio and teams across the marketing department to develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
  • Identify ways to grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by improving key conversion points in the marketing funnel including landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
  • Analyze Flexjet s marketing automation and lead nurturing data points and provide insights that will drive recommended optimizations to increase automation flow and lead quality.
  • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the status of website performance, advertising campaign performance and cost versus effectiveness.
  • Analyze historical data to identify trends, opportunities and problems to develop actionable suggestions on strategy.
  • Build dashboards to enable collaboration with fellow marketing managers to optimize conversion paths for marketing campaigns.
  • Create and implement new projects that help improve customer conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular competitive research on other products and companies in our industry.


Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor s degree in marketing, economics, statistics, math or a related discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience using Google Analytics, DOMO, Salesforce, Pardot, GoogleAds 360, Datorama, Quantcast, Super metrics, and GMT (or similar platforms) to conduct in-depth web analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience in using platforms similar to Crazy Egg, Hotjar, Moat, Google Data Studio, GoogleAds, DOMO, Datorama.
  • Must have a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing programs and technologies.
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a problem solver ready to provide suggestions on how to improve our digital footprint s experience and drive conversions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic fanatical attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
  • Innovative and creative thinker; proactively identifies opportunities; motivated by challenge, change and opportunity to help Flexjet look at things differently.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.
  • Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively as part of a team while still advocating a clear creative vision.
  • 5% travel is expected.
  • Must work from our corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH.
