Growing Industrial Services Company in Spartanburg, SC Needs a PM for Millwright Rigging!

Responsibilities:

-- Hiring and controlling any persons in that department.

-- Estimating projects by ascertaining all information required.

-- Producing sales letters for the same that will represent ProTeam's professional direction and any misunderstanding for our scope of work.

-- Closing the sale using professional techniques and protecting the company margins.

-- Providing all records and information required to the Office Manager for the financial system.

-- Tracking all sales and projects that maintains a history needed for financial institutions and future customers.

-- Providing all budges for projected sales growth that can illustrate future sales in no less than one (1) month and up to twelve (12) months.

-- Taking responsibility for individual project profits for himself or those working in his department.

-- Business development is considered an important part of this office which must track and maintain a steady flow of new opportunities and reporting for the same.

-- This office is responsible for all letters, forms and information that flows from this office to our customers, vendors, and other outside business which must represent ProTeam's Professional appearance with accuracy that is as close as possible for being true. This same information must protect ProTeam from possible litigation.

-- Sales Estimating and Project Management Managers reports directly to the General/Operations Manager

Qualifications:

1. Must have a strong background of working with an industrial construction company that performs millwright, rigging and mechanical work for manufacturing facilities (non-residential).
2. Must have at least 5 years of experience with project management & estimating for labor, manhours, equipment and materials required for new projects.
3. Must have a valid US driver's license & social security card (must be a legal US resident).
4. Must have their own mode of transportation to and from work during the 90-day evaluation period. Afterwards, ProTeam could possibly provide a company vehicle and company fuel credit card.
5. Must be computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook Email, etc.
6. Must be physically able to walk a construction site and be on their feet for a full work shift, if/when required.
7. Must be willing to travel in/out of state to individual jobsites, when required.
8. Must be a team player and willing to follow instructions from our current management team.
