We are an innovative company that is dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of our products. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Technician to spearhead the development and management of our new quality lab.

Job Description:

The Quality Technician will be responsible for managing Res' quality lab, performing required inspections for PPAP and annual part layouts, and supporting the production floor with day-to-day quality related questions. In addition, this individual will:

Perform production team weld verifications (destructive testing, etch tests, etc.)
Manage the material review board (MRB) process.
Coordinate external metrology calibration.
Manage the PPAP master sample inventory.
Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies.
Perform the duties of an Internal Auditor.
Support Engineering with part inspection as needed; this could include first and last piece set up verifications.
Perform necessary laboratory services, using hand measuring tools as well as a Romer Arm, CMM, and optical comparator.

Skills Required:

Operating and programming 3D scanner, Romer arm preferred
Internal auditor
Skilled problem solver
Blueprint reading, including GD&T
Inspection equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude
