Base salary $75k, Bonuses, car allowance, gas/mileage paid, full health/dental benefits, 401k, all expenses paid, monthly & yearly bonus, uncapped commissions at $150k 1st year, Average Reps are $200k. Top rep $400k plus. Upward mobility into management, zero turnover, highly technical sales. Base salary and comp increases $10k every year.
