Location: Monticello, MN
Wage: $45,000 - 55,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Duties of the creative marketing lead: - Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Lead and mentor creative teams, including designers, writers, and content creators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital assets.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform creative strategies and campaigns.
Requirements of the creative marketing lead: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in creative marketing roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
