Job Requirements:
1. Commitment to the YMCA mission, vision and values
2. Complete CPR/AED, First Aid and O2
3. Work a schedule that reflects the needs of the association; to include evenings and weekends

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Providing excellent customer service to everyone that enters the facility.
2. Being visible to staff and members.
3. Conducting routine building walk-throughs of assigned areas.
4. Understanding and enforcing the branch policies and procedures.
5. Providing clear and consistent expectations for behavior; setting firm limits with positive
phrasing and actions when necessary. Supporting and demonstrating discipline practices in
accordance with YMCA policies. Informing supervisor of any concerns or situations.
6. Ensuring that all members, guests and program participants are relating to each other, the
equipment and facility in a positive manner.
7. Following all risk management guidelines according to branch policies and procedures and be
prepared to implement emergency procedures.
8. Preparing an accurate and complete Facility Monitor report daily to be turned in to Senior
Program Director.
9. Preparing accurate and complete incident reports in a timely manner.
10. Responding to security and emergency situations while remaining calm and professional.
11. Supporting Strong Community Campaign efforts.
12. All other duties as assigned.
