Work a schedule that reflects the needs of the association; to include evenings and weekendsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. Providing excellent customer service to everyone that enters the facility.2. Being visible to staff and members.3. Conducting routine building walk-throughs of assigned areas.4. Understanding and enforcing the branch policies and procedures.5. Providing clear and consistent expectations for behavior; setting firm limits with positivephrasing and actions when necessary. Supporting and demonstrating discipline practices inaccordance with YMCA policies. Informing supervisor of any concerns or situations.6. Ensuring that all members, guests and program participants are relating to each other, theequipment and facility in a positive manner.7. Following all risk management guidelines according to branch policies and procedures and beprepared to implement emergency procedures.8. Preparing an accurate and complete Facility Monitor report daily to be turned in to SeniorProgram Director.9. Preparing accurate and complete incident reports in a timely manner.10. Responding to security and emergency situations while remaining calm and professional.11. Supporting Strong Community Campaign efforts.12. All other duties as assigned.
