Position Overview: As the Food and Beverage Manager at CordeValle, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality in our dining establishments. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities, leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests and members alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times
  • Ensure guest and member satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures to optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, functions, and special promotions
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or private club setting
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong knowledge of people management, inventory management, and cost control
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding guest and member experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and food and beverage management software
  • Must be able to work in the US - no sponsorship
