My clients are hiring a Payroll specialist to join their team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. The Ideal candidate will have strong experience of processing payroll using Workday.
The Role:
- Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states ensuring compliance with each state law.
- Work closely with HR to ensure all employee data is up to date and accurate.
- Progress wages, deductions and make all adjustments.
- process and log maintenance to ensure compliance with Federal limitations.
- Administer employee benefits plans.
- Reconcile payroll data and run reports.
- Run all Yearly reports and conciliations.
- Communicate with all internal stakeholders and resolve any payroll issues.
You will need:
- Strong experience in Workday payroll
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
