TS/SCI with CI PolygraphSynertex is seeking a Senior Data Visualization Analyst, (Hybrid Work Schedule) to work with a Government Intelligence Community client in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities:Building and maintaining state-of-the-art data visualization dashboards in Tableau and other industry best practice tools and techniques for reporting performance of qualitative and quantitative metrics using scorecards, risk matrices, integrated master schedules with critical path milestones, and numerous budget execution charts and graphs.Leverage creativity and resourcefulness to design and build easy-to-consume dashboards from large, complex data sets. Dashboards will provide meaningful insights that our clients can use to make decisions about their HR solutions and benefits.Collaborate with key leaders on visualization requirements and confidently engage in design and build discussions.Incorporate on-going feedback from stakeholders into existing dashboards and analyses.Leverage design principles to deliver consistent experience.Bachelor's degree.At least 10 Years IC Experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau.Hands-on experience with relevant and current design tools such as Adobe InDesign.Strong experience in major BI tools (i.e., Tableau and Power BI Tableau, etc.).Ability to manage projects and competing priorities.Strong learning agility to understand key business drivers.Demonstrated ability to make dashboards actionable.
