Trillium Staffing Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for all walk-in traffic and incoming phone calls.
Additional duties and responsibilities will include:
Assisting applicants through the application and onboarding process.
Calling candidates to follow-up on job interests, applications, and onboarding paperwork.
Completing reference checks, employee check-ins, I-9s, and checklists.
Assigning and monitoring state required training.
Supporting the payroll department by assisting with the weekly processing of field staff payroll.
Administering pre-employment drug screens.
Tracking and ordering supplies for the office as needed.
Maintaining accurate electronic records.
Performing other related duties and projects as assigned.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay will range from $17-$18/hour based on experience. A full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and a generous PTO/holiday policy is offered upon hire.

Qualifications
High School education or GED is required for this position.
Previous administrative assistant experience and/or 2 years of related experience in a service industry.
Experience with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
