Help Desk Support Manager
* Looking for an experienced Help Desk Manager to support a large environment
* ServiceNow experience is required, any experience with implementations/administration is a plus
* Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes
* A+ Microsoft Certification would be helpful
* Will manage a team of 6-10 Tier I and II Technicians
Tech stack: InTune, JAMF, PC and Mac (60% Mac, 40% PC)
