Job Description

• Manage online platforms such as Amazon Vendor/Seller, Macy's, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
• Order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring
• High literacy in NetSuite, SPS Commerce, etc.
• Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings
• Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs
• Monitor inventory integrity across all ecommerce platforms
• Ensure returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist customers when needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

• Experience with online retailers using EDI Program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the home appliance industry is a plus
