Position Summary
We're seeking a full-time Senior Graphic Designer for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in our design team, leading the conceptualization and execution of visual designs across various SHEIN platforms. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for translating concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with SHEIN target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure brand consistency and elevate the overall visual aesthetic from print materials to digital assets, you'll bring innovative ideas to life. Lead/mentor junior designers to make an impact on SHEIN brand's visual identity.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Design Manager to establish and uphold brand guidelines, visual style, design direction, and marketing collateral materials.
- Create fresh, innovative, and on-trend digital/e-commerce campaigns for desktop and mobile platforms, including site banners, landing pages, emails, and social assets.
- Offer design assistance for print projects such as PR boxes, invitation cards, and packaging as required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative leads, designers, copywriters, PR, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Support the Creative Team with presentation tasks, including both building and delivering presentations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in visual communication or a related design field.
- Over 7 years of experience in branding, layout, packaging, and digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both digital and print design.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle e-commerce web design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects is advantageous.
- Experience with Keynote, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid grasp of design principles, including color theory, composition, typography, and seasonal design trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Highly collaborative with a strong work ethic, capable of producing deliverables quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with an acute attention to detail and a good aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work independently, organize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to work extended hours occasionally, particularly during crunch times.
Pay
$69,805.00 min. - $104,400.00 max annually. Bonus offered.
