eCommerce Specialist (online fashion retail)
What You Will DoYou will drive the daily eCommerce operations, specifically with:Monitoring and analysis of daily eCommerce performance metrics, monitoring the metrics for trends, patterns and bringing forward ideas for improved performance / web trafficCreating and updating web product listings for 4 seasons of productDeveloping, initiating and ongoing monitoring of email campaigns you are initiating the campaign, monitoring campaign performance and bringing ideas for how to improve resultsGenerating and managing promotional codes that drive marketing initiativesAssisting and working in partnership with the Customer Care team if there are any issues with online orderingeCommerce Specialist (online fashion retail)
Required Skills, Experience & Personality FitYou have exposure to eCommerce marketing (email campaigns, metrics monitoring, eCommerce analytics and metrics platforms, online retail, web marketing)You take initiative to identify challenges and bring your ideas and solutionsYou are self-directed and driving your own career, proactive and comfortable managing upAbility to work in the office Monday Thursday, 9am to 5pm
eCommerce Specialist (online fashion retail)
You Might Have:Experience with Google Analytics, BigCommerce, Shopify, KlaviyoExperience with apparel marketing / fashion retail
Compensation $58,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.You will be provided with company-sponsored medical, dental and vision insurance options, 401k with company contribution, paid holidays, paid time off, supplemental life and other supplemental insurances, and more.
This role is a hybrid role, Monday Thursday in office with the team and Friday work from home.
