**Customer Service Manager**

Blair, NE Great Plains Communications is looking for a proven leader to oversee our multi-state customer service team.

This position is responsible for:

* Managing the operation of our Customer Response Center

* Supervising, mentoring,and coaching team members

* Creating and analyzing KPI data to make recommendations for staffing or shift changes

* Performing personnel activities to encourage and motivate staff in a high-stress environment

* Managing campaigns

* Displaying and applying project management skills

* Supporting company marketing, new market expansion, and sales efforts

* Administering the Universal Service Fund for schools, libraries, and rural healthcare facilities

* Serving as the main contact for and responding to complaints filed with the Public Service Commission and Federal Communications Commission

* Being available for after-hours on-call rotations

* Traveling to company call center locations as requested (approximately quarterly)

Five or more years of customer service and leadership experience is desired. Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with project and task management skills are required. Must possess a valid drivers license and the ability to travel as needed.
